Each booking is personalised for individualisation and therefore all terms and conditions of your stay, including meals and special requests, will be agreed directly between you and the Wellness Manager. The stay is not confirmed by sending an enquiry. The stay is only confirmed by email from the wellness manager. The guest agrees to sign the accommodation contract on arrival and to pay the price for the stay.

The guest is obliged to pay the full price of the stay, even if he/she cancels the stay earlier than 7 days before the confirmed stay, by transferring the amount to the operator's bank account on the basis of a request and the communication of the variable symbol.
